But I'm unfit and I get scared that I might have a heart attack or something!!! Can anyone suggest good begginner's exercises that won't kill me?

I understand that dieting alone won't maintain a healthy weight and I'd like to climb a flight of stairs without passing out.

okay my b/f and i recently spent some "quality" time together, we had some good moments and some bad ones! wound up hainvg a huge issue disscussion, left it on a fairly good note agreed we weren't breaking up, then he sent an e-mail saying talk to you next week, i thought he needed space so i didn't talk to him until tonight, and the converstion was different the tone wasn't like it usually is, i mean it wasn't the worst conversation we have ever had but it was not the best etiher, and then i was talking to him about the next time we get together and he said if there is a next time and i coulnd't tell if he was joking or not so i just played it off like he was joking! and then when the conversation ended he was like gotta go and talk to you next week ! now a couple weeks or so ago i had been calling him one time a week, and he told me to call him more than once a week and now its like he wants it back to once a week! i am so confused, to me it seems like he is pulling a way ?
