WHat should I do with these reasons that I don't like swim team.

1.my Swim coach says in practice if someone messes up we have to redo that lap over again.
2.I hate having to swim in the begining of the summer with swim team when the water is so cold.
3.It's tireding
4.None of my Friends are on that swim team.



But My parents are only making me do practices no meets.

she has now raised in court that I was not paying her the full amount since 1995. Therefore asking relief of her child support payments. I've paid her every month since originally ordered, but do not have all the canceled checks, money orders on record. Is it her duty to supply proof that I did not pay her like she claims? What can I do to show proof that I did make the payments & also made additonal cash payments to her? This the first time she has raised the issued and if she had problems with the child support then why didn't she asked for help ie Child support services, DA? How long can they go back if child support was not an issue then until now since she's the one paying me child support? Does she have any legal recourse for raising the issue now? We also had a verbal agreement that part of my child support I was to give to her be held in mutual funds for our son's college, in which I've contributed to since the agreement...

Early in 2006 my spouse and I both contrinuted $5,000 each to IRA for tax year 2006. We are both over 50. On filling up the tax return for 2006, the tax program told us they the contributions are not deductible. What now? Will this be treated as excess contribution and subject to penalty? or we can let it sit there and not get the deduction? Can we recharacterize then as Roth contribution? Or can we just withdraw them without incurring penelty?

ok so my boyfriend broke up with me. The day before our 6 months. His reasons were that he doesnt love me as much as i love him, he doesnt see me as a gf but rather a "close" friend who he cant tell anything to. He said being bf/gf is a label and nothing will be different. ( I think he is wrong) but he said we had a great relationship before, so we will still have one. He says we can still hang out at each others houses and stuff. I dont get it. How am i supposed to get over him when he still wants to hang out. and my dad said maybe he will realize how much he misses me when we hang out and will see if we can get back together and he said maybe idk what will happen in the future. Me and my wife have been married 4 years in march and have been together a total of 7 years all we do is argue at each other its a never ending battle she wants a divorce but i still love even though we dont get along i cant stand to be without her and we have another child on the way I'll admit i said some things i should not have like accusing her of doing things she wasnt I told her i was sorry but she doesnt care and doesnt try to listen i do not want my children being my son and child on the way to be raised in this but i dont want to leave my wife i try to tell her this but she just tells me to shut up and go away is it pointless to continue or should i keep trying please serious answers thank you
