Canada, says that Revived Batteries could provide nearly-free energy to Third World countries, for people who won't be able to afford the $60,000+ electric cars. As the newspaper writers said, this is one of the solutions to global warming and climate change, and these Vancouver guys are fans of Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth" and "Who Killed The Electric Car".

This info should be passed to appropriate agencies in other countries because the guys in Vancouver might be interested in teaching people to do this.

I am pregnant at 37 weeks now and have a question about what kind of labor pain is worse, the abdominal/stomach pain, or the back pain? In Lamaze class, the only pain our instructor talked about was abdominal pain saying it starts out from the top of uterus or fundus and spreads lower and everywhere until the perineum and on the thighs as well too. She never mentioned back pain labor. What is worse and why?
Does having some soothing or religious music help in the room while the mom is in labor and delivery? Does it help to take the mind off the pain and breathe and listen to the music?

i recently changed pills from Marvelon to Femodene. I've been on the femodene pills for about 2 months now. At the start of my second packet i missed 2 of my pills (thursday and friday) i took them both on friday evening and had sex with my boyfriend that evening, then my saturday one at the normal morning time. On saturday morning i had what looked like a period, it stopped after 2 days as i continued taking my pills, but now, one week later i've started having a light brown/pinkish discharge that's been going on for about 2 days now. It's not heavy enough to be a period, it's like brown and pink coloured stuff mixed with regular white/cream discharge. It's not heavy, just noticeable when i go to the loo and it's not irritable or itchy or anything. Is it just my body reacting to the new pills or something? hope you can help.

my daughter is 8 yrs old and i recieved a letter saying she needed to be examined further because she had failed the test. well i just took her to lenscrafters and the results have said that her left eye is 20 20 but her right is 2200. we have been referred to a specialist to see what can be done. any info would be great thanx.

anyone have any suggestions as to how to deal with this. Don't say make a pro or con list because I can't even make a choice of what to make a decision about. My dog has arthritis. His hind legs go out from underneath him more and more each day. He snaps when someone other than a family member pets him as he has many sore spots and some unoperable tumors. We have many teenage kids around our house, so this is a major concern. He's 16 years old and we adore him. In spite of all his ailments, he'll rip across the yard after a squirrel.
