I would rate this team an 8
Ramon Hernandez is one of the best catchers in the leagues, freddy sanchez won the batting average title last year, he'll get you hits, soriano has nice power and steals a lot of bases. Dunn may bring your homerun stats up but he'll get you A LOT of strikeouts. Travis Hafner has many people around him who get on base (which is the reason for his club-record 6 grandslam homesruns last season. Pitching is good also, Oswalt is one of the best pitchers in the league and Kenny Rogers will get you wins. Escobar is a decent pitcher while Brad Penny has his hot and cold streaks. Although Garland's era may be a little high, he will pull through and get you wins in that win stat category.

Hitting- 7 (with exception of Sori, no speed, good pop will have a really low average)
Pitching- 4 (Oswalt is solid but I dont trust Arroyo to repeat his #'s from last year and your ERA is going to be really high)

so-so team here...
C - Hernandez is a decent hitting catcher, GRADE = C+
1B - Konerko is decent at 1B, but there are many better options at 1B this year, GRADE = C
2B - Sanchez is coming off a HOT YEAR, C
3B - Crede is not a very good option at 3B, D
SS - Cabrera is decent hitting in front of VLAD, B-
OF - Soriano is a BEAST, Dunn is good for 40+ HR's, Cuddyer is SO-SO at best, B+
Util - Hafner is a BEAST especially with that CLE offense, A+
SP - Owalt is a STUD, Arroyo is Guaranteed 10+ wins, other than that pretty shaky starters, C
RP - Rivera is getting old could be injury prone, Saito should have plenty of SV opps this year, Putz is a good CLOSER, B+
Overall I give your team a C+
