Special K cereal bar and a Low Carb monster for breakfast

Lunch- turkey sandwich with mustard and about 20 grapes

Dinner - lean cuisine

I am also going to be working out and stuff, atleast 3 times a week for 30 minutes, that's the minimum. Do you think I can loose weight this way and keep it off?

You will not be getting enough calories so your body will store fat, check out this site and it's links for what food balance will work best for your body type.

Remember diets are not a one size fits all solution.

I do hope you are not going to be eating JUST the foods you mentioned!! you need WAY more variety!! you need to add more fresh fruits and vegetables!! why not a small salad with that sandwich? use the grapes as a snack!! go no more than 3 to4 hours without eating something (& nutritious, not JUNK) so the grapes'd be perfect for one snack, at least....Lean Cuisine? not bad, but check the nutrition label for sodium content!!,,,,you could try Boca burgers, (vegetable protein) or some of the low-fat, low-salt soups, and add some canned peas or something to those to 'heft them up' (peas are one of the most nutritious-dense foods, next to blueberrys!!)..And that breakfast scares me, too...instead of a cereal bar (are you reading the nutrition lables? check the sugar content on those bars!! remember; 5 grams of sugar = one teaspoon of sugar!! )...why not some whole grain cereal of some kind with 2% or skim milk? with some fresh fruit (a banana!) or frozen berries???how about a low fat muffin? come on, get some variety going here! your afternoon snack could be some whole wheat crackers (Triscuits) and a slice of real cheese, not the low fat kind; you need fats in your diet, and if you exercise as you say, it can't hurt you!! Boy am I lecturing you!! sorry!! but hope this gets you to thinking..email me if you have any further thoughts or questions!!!!!!!!!! OH and don't forget to drink water....lots of it!!!!!!!

well mostly but the moster drink, even though its low carb is really bad for your body, you should substitute water or orange juice.
