How do I get a guy to like me without it seeming ovious that I like him??? Cause I really like this guy and we don't talk that much because I'm afraid that i won't know what to say and stuff. We had a previous relationship for 3 months, and it didn't work out. But i really still like him. I need help with this...

I'm in a great relationship, and I really believe we are marriage bound. We're both college students and work hard for modest salaries. We've been dating for almost a year now (our anniversary is in April) but we've known eachother for almost 2 years and started out as really great friends. I know he wants to marry me; we've already talked about the subject several times, living situations, even children's names. He's even bought me a beautiful promise ring (5 cubic zirconia stones set in silver), which I know may seem silly in the married world (or not I hope) but it means a lot to me, and he wears a silver band on is ring finger that I bought for him. So it's almost like we're engaged. But my question is, how long did you wait to ask your wives to become your wives? What did you wait for? Did you wait until you were able to support her completely finanicially? Or was she willing to work, and you got married sooner? Any answers would be greatly appreciated!

Have you worked for Dillards? If you did, did you find it a sweat shop of slave labor. I worked for them in Texas for about 6 months and they always threaten to cut your pay and threaten to fire you if you have to go home cause you are so sick that you are running a fever. If you call in sick they want a doctors note with the reason you are sick so if you have a std you have to put that on your note, and I got into so many arguments with management telling them it is none of their business what is wrong with someone when they are out sick and in my opinion it is against hippa laws and the add laws to force an emloyee to put the reason on the doctors note. If you don't put the reason on the note it is an unexcused absince. I am just waiting for something serious to happen to an employee someday who is so sick and at work because they don't have the money of health insurance to go to the doctor. I just wish the employees of Dillards would do a civil law suit against the company.

We are a group of 6 in our early 30s, most married, and business working professionals who need a nice vacation before some of start thinking about starting a family. We want to visit Rome, Milan, Florence in about 12 days. Since it's our first time, we want to visit the major sites, do some serious outlet shopping, and enjoy some fine dining, and maybe visit some special experiences like visiting a winery or taking an italian cooking class, etc. We would sincerely appreciate a referral to someone who can plan all of this out for us and guide us all over Italy. We are definitely willing to pay for a great experience since we don't get to travel as much as we'd like to. We would like to stay at nicer hotels, ideally some with elevators. Thanks in advance!!

I currently run a mile in around 8:54 mins, and I need to run it in 8:00 min by June. I was told this yesterday.

What kinds of exercises, in addition to running, can help me improve? I'm not very good at running, but I need to get down to 8:00 mins. Anything you can give me will help. I will run more, but technically, I only need to get a better time once a week.
