mst is mountain
pst is pacific...
never heard if Gmt..sounds like 900 pm...take 2400 and count backwards til you get 2100 which is 900.....eh

canada has the same time as us IF your in the same time zone. A time zone is diveded around the world by the virticle lines of latitude and NOT by which country your in. In the u.s.a. there are many different time zones along with canada varying by hours
