my dogs name is rebel i adopted him he was a shelter dog but that dosen't matter he's the best dog ever i never wish i had a diff dog

Last week I got a puppy from a shelter and she is almost 9 weeks now. She was fine the whole week but the past few days started getting sick and took her to the vet and she tested positive for parvo. However, I bought this puppy not for myself but for a gift for my aunt when I go home from school next weekend. I am not financially able to pay for such huge vet bills as I figured she would be fine for just the one week I had her. The shelter said she had her first parvo and deworming too but I had to sign a contract saying they weren't responsible for the dog's health after it left. I really don't know what to do...the shelter won't take her back, I don't have the money for her treatment, but I can't just let a baby dog be killed. It's just hard since I've spent over 400 on her in just one week but won't even be able to take her more than likely. Can someone give me advice??

So i already turned in my federal taxes, but then i realized i had an additional W-2 coming because i received 3rd party sick pay last year. They didn't withhold any federal taxes though. So do i file an amended return?

I'm looking to buy a jig saw. I already own a off brand miter saw and a Ryobi circular saw. I have a small project to use it for now, but in the future I'm not sure yet. What features should I look for? Is a $30 at 3.5 amps good enough for most things or do I need to go with a $50-$60 one with @ 5 amps? What do you think?

My boyfriend bought a few natural herbs, Echinacea, Eucalyptus Leaf, and Spearmint Leaf. He made me a huge tea bag of them told me to brew a pot and drink it during the day because I am sick and have asthma, I am totally new to this. Isn't Modern Science just a Subset of Philosophy?

It seems that every scientific fact is in fact an idea that happens to be agreed upon by a lot of people. These ideas are based on simple philosophies that are assumed, not known.

Shouldn't science be based upon fact instead of philosophy?

It seems that one such fact is the fact that there are no facts.

k so basically i've just had new neighbours move in next door (Yesterday)

Now today when i was online, i had a box pop up on taskbar that said new UPhP device found, so i thought what?

I Clicked on it and it came up like a kind of internet connection, it said something like residential it also had a option to merge? or something like that..

With it it had two shared folders called Craig Seimens, but along with that it had a option to view statistic kinda thing so i clicked that and it bought up all my internet details,

After that my internet kept booting me then letting me back on then booting me, So i knocked everything off for a few hours and now have got back on and that UPhP thing has gone,

Is it possible that my new neighbours have got onto my router and are using my internet connection?

Also now when i go to Start > connect to > show all connections > it now shows up my Wlan, along with "internet gateway" which was never there? can someone try to explain this all thank u

I want to make a homemade facial mask, but before I do I'd like to know what the ingredients I use are going to do for my skin. I noticed a lot of recipes have bananas, honey, strawberries, eggs, yogurt... and there are many more, but no where tells me what they do. Kevin Trudeau has written many books like "Natural cures they dont want you to know about" , "More Natural Cures revealed" and The weight loss cure they dont want you to know about. His first 2 books claim that there is a natural cure 4 nearly every disease and addiction. In his weight loss book, he claims that there is a "Cure" 4 weight loss that takes away ur hunger and helps u lose,on average, about 1 pound a day. recently, (like a big idiot) i ordered his first 2 books but i havnt received them just yet. but a few days ago i saw alot of articles online saying that his books r fake and so is all of his claims about natural cures and the weight loss cure. i knw better than 2 beleive anything i read online and i only bought his books cause i was curious (and cause they were free and i only had to pay s & h)lol. i just want to know is there anyone out there that has read his books or tried anything frm the book and did it work,help, or cure anything 4 u.n let me knw if u beleive it all
