So i already turned in my federal taxes, but then i realized i had an additional W-2 coming because i received 3rd party sick pay last year. They didn't withhold any federal taxes though. So do i file an amended return?

Yes, you'd have to file an amended return to report the additional income. If nothing was withheld from it, you'll almost surely owe additional taxes.

Yes. Otherwise the IRS could hold you liable for the income you did not report and pull it out of your next return/add it to next year's payment. I had this happen with some income for some work I did at my church and did not report.

only file the W-2 if there is an amount in box 1 "taxable wages." chances are this income was already included in your W-2 from your job.
