I dont know what country to pick. The main reason why I want to be an exchanged student is so I can learn a third language. But I also want to go to a country with good looking guys. I like blonds, the Paul Walker type. lol. What country should I choose?

If you are going for language, I would choose Germany or Italy.

Blonds are extremely rare both in Portugal and in Italy. More chances in Finland, fairly good chances in Netherlands and Germany. But I think Dutch are the prettier - but the language is hard.

If the language is a major factor, why not try Dutch? Almost all Dutchies speak reasonable English as a second language with a distinct MTV-accent ;) Furthermore, Dutch and English are probably each others' closest relatives in the Indo-European language family, with the possible exception of Frisian, which is spoken in the Dutch northern province of Fryslan, where actor Rutger Hauer comes from.
A crash course in Dutch: water is water, boat is boot, fish is vis, BurgerKing is BurgerKing. See? Nothing to it. Also, if you can understand Dutch, you'll also be able to understand -albeit with some difficulty- Flemish which is spoken in the northern part of Belgium, and South-African (Suid-Afrikaans) as the southern tip of South Africa used to be a 17th c. Dutch colony. Many people in the former Dutch territory of Surinam too, speak Dutch. So you'll get to communicate with lots of nations, and only need to master one language.
As for blondes: we have them in all shapes and sizes. And of course, we have Amsterdam, the ultimate playground of western Europe!

Choose Finland. It's a very difficult language to study, but the guys are exactly your type!

Italy or Australia!!:D ive continually had to go back and forth the international over!! or maybe London? very last year a bunch of my pals payed a ton of money for a college application that allow them bypass to Japan as change pupils and jap pupils were given to come back the following! (: my extreme college is doing that too except with youngsters from Australia!! :D

italy or germany I have a couple of friends that went to poland germany and italy they both brought back pictures there were tousands of guys in the background with your descriptions
