Try AVAST! 4 Home Edition, free from www.avast.com. others include Grisoft's AVG and Avira AntiVir, do a Google/Yahoo search for them.
If you already have an anti-virus on your PC, you have to remove it first.Only one A/V can be installed at a time.

AOL gives free virus scans out go to AOL.com and type in AOL anti virus and you will have to create a free account
Avg does not find virus
