In my Public Admin class we discussed how when Ford created the Pinto in the 60s it knew that it would explode when in collisions at 25 mph.

Ford also knew how to fix the problem, but performed a cost benefit analysis for the product liabilty (including funeral costs) vs. the cost of making the car safe.

Why didn't the Ford execs go to jail? And would the execs been criminally posecuted today?

ok well my child is a 12 year old girl but she acts like shes 5 like all the time.
these r her things.

1. angery
2. sad
3. throws fits ( every day)
4. hyper one minute and then down the next
5. very agressive
6. doesn't concentrate or lisen to people
7. won't sleep alone
8. ask someone to talk then gets mad at them for talking

so whats wrong with her

she will be in counsleing next month.

Before I speak with a recruiter I wanted to have some general info to go off of. Does anyone know about how long it would be before they send me off to boot camp or does it just depend of job availability?
