My family and I were hit in an automobile accident by a drunk driver. He also fled the scene, but was caught by a police officer who saw the entire accident. He had insurance. We all suffured back, neck and head injuries. Between us all, we need therapy, surgery, nurological work etc. Yes, all expensive stuff. None of us have health insurance and we are suffering. It's pain pills everyday. The driver had automobile insurance. My question is, will his auto insurance pay our medical bills as we go through the medical things we need? Or do insurance companies simply wait until the "settlement phase" to pay one lump sum? None of the doctors we need to see will see us since we have no insurance and the treatments will costs thousands. What do we do here? Don't they have to pay, the accident was 100% the other driver's fault. He ran a red light, T boned us doing 45 MPH was completly drunk, open container, then fled.

Can I place ZooMed Repti-Therm Under Tank Heater underneath my aquarium for my leopard gecko?
I want to by a heating device for this lizard, I currently have a basking light set up.. which I read stress out the leopard geckos. I have heard good things about the ZooMed Repti-Therm Under Tank Heaters but am wondering if they are suitable for underneath an aquarium?? I did not randomly adopt this lizard... its a long story but I am trying to be responsible and care the little guy the right way. Any other advice would be great too Thanks!! :)

most of them are 30-40 something. nobody has been married just once (many never got married but the ones that did 100% got divorced). its odd. i've never seen a family like this and i have a huge family. my grandparents gave us grankids one piece of advice...never ever get married. my boyfriend spoils me and i don't think i ever want to get married or have kids (sorry but i'm selfish and i love attention) and i would never want to jinx it. is this odd? i kinda feel like marriage is outdated unless your really sure or your really religious.

My husband says it's my responsibility for making sure he gets up every day. I wake him up, he looks at me, then looks at the clock and then says, "Give me a few more minutes." So I give him five more minutes and then shake him and tell him to get up and he puts a pillow on his head and tells me to go away. So I give him a few more minutes and then pull the covers off of him and he gets mad and puts them back over himself. Then he says I'm not doing my job and it's my responsibility to make sure he is up and functioning because it's so hard for him to do it.

Am I nuts? Shouldn't a mature adult be responsible for his own choice to sleep or get up? He makes me feel bad when I just let him sleep rather than go through this whole routine. I tell him he should at least cooperate with me when I'm trying to wake him up and get him out of the bed, but he says, "It's not my responsibility. I trust YOU to wake me up and get me out of the bed, but you let me down."

Been with my man for 9 years, we have a child together. I also have a son myself. I am 31 and he is 49. He has been married before and burnt bad! We are happy-he does everthing for me and my family. He provides and works and gives me anything I want. I don't understand why he wont ask me to marry him. He bought me a beautiful platnium diamond ring for christmas 2 years ago. It was wrapped as a present. He didnt propose though. I just though some men dont. Im not sure what to do. Im happy but I want to be married. Is it ok to ask? Does It look desperate? Enlightment in other words NIRVANA according to the buddhism can be achieved. You will accomplish NIRVANA once you overcome Time and atmosphere, to overcome time and atmosphere you need spiritual escape velocity (can be achieved by meditating). NIRVANA is a different dimension which exists way above time and atmosphere; therefore we don't have words or thoughts to explain what it is. (coz our words and thoughts are only capable of explaining the dimension we live in which is time and atmosphere) when you reach nirvana it's the eternal state of mind therefore once you reach nirvana eventually your body will die but your mind will be free from your body and it will be free from time and atmosphere. so you won't be born again,

I have been with this person for five years. Over the course of this relationship we broke up and I started talking to someone else. I eventually feel in love with him and he loved me too. Then the ex wanted me back and I went back to him. Now things are getting rocky again and I'm wondering if I should have let the other person who obviously cared, loved, and wanted me more thatn my ex. I now that I think about it I want him back. Should I stay with the ex and try to work things out or to back to the one who I think will treat me better.

Okay, so poor old Scotland got beat by lowly Italy-good to them- by 20 points, and the World Cup holders got hammered by 30 points! Poor things;)
