Some nights I will be right on the thresh hold of falling asleep, then my body will jerk and I will wake up. I feel really really light tingling in my limbs, I'm breathing harder than usual, feel dizzy, and am scared. I have no memorization of dreams or anything of that nature. I went to to a doctor and he said it was anxiety. Has anyone else felt this before and know what it could be? I think I'm going to see a doctor again on Monday. Thanks..

Our prime minister is trying to ban photography in public places this means no more photos of your kids out playing visiting the zoo or on thier bikes.

For the past couple of weeks i have been waking up at around 5am unable to breathe with a very tight chest, its so bad that i have to get up and wait for the wheezing to subside (about 2 hours).
Am i working too hard or does anyone recognise these symptoms, i did suffer from asthma as a child, has it come back?My wife says i should go to the hospital, but you know what men are like.

I participated in the monthly blogging contest of ibibo.com and had a Blog title Soulful Poetry to Change your lives and you...I posted to this blog thousands of posts working day and nights...expecting that I will emerge amonst top bloggers.The contest for february month was to end at 12 PM night on 13-feb 2007.My hardwork paid off when I found that I was ranked 49th at 11.48 PM on 13 feb 2007.To my horror I found at 12.01 that -just two minutes later..that I was relegated to rank 154 .In two miutes flat,without giving me any reason or assigning any cause the website had manipulated my rank down by more than 105 positions.There was no way by which any other competing blogger could overtake me by posting in those 2-3 minutes.I was entitled to a prize of Rs.40000 ;however I checked up later from site records that now it went to another blogger who had posted much less.My 15-20enquiries sent by emails/feedback to website got no resonse.Could you tell me where I can seek redressal.

we met before 10 months. my dad and her dad are good friends and we are also from same community. Within this last 10 months she started to love me but there is no such emotions in me towards her, Even i told her same thing when she told me "I love you" before around 5 months. she is bit different from my dream person. Now her emotions is severe towards me. She tells she lives only for me even i have no emotions towards her. Please advice me what should i do? Since my teens I dreamed of proving myself I could be a one woman man so I kept virgin but things are not always what one may expect so now I need to know.
Besides going out and dating other people is there any other way to forget about someone? She was never my gfriend, she didn´t even like me, she never kissed me and I never knew why I fell in love with her. She hardly started to accept to go out with me when suddenly a rich family man took her away from me. I will never look for her as now she belongs to another man but I started to worry because soon I will be 40 and this happened ten years ago and I still wake up in the middle of the night thinking of her. Would you say I need psychological help? I´d never tell a therapyst I´m still virgin.
Do you think this could be only an obssesion? I only want to get her out of my head. Please tell me what you think.
