Though most cannibalism in most countries is outlawed, I would say yes, but only in adverse circumstances. The human body is so unhealthy and full of Bactria, cholesterol and fat. If I was a cannibal, I would pray for some barbecue sauce to get the sweet after taste out of mouth. That and maybe some Listerine.

I live in Mogambo ( in Pango gink kombo province , little bit off to the great mazzai Mazoori river ) we eat only the endanger species. No cows or sheep's. Our god has promised that those moving animals are our food. We do not eat each other like christians and muslims. ( sorry not eat , it's kill )
