If you have any, please post the most important question(s) you have that fit these categories. Thank you for your time.

1. What question(s) do you think a religious person could not honestly answer?
2. What question(s) would you say most religious people haven't considered?
3. If your own belief is dependent on a faith in something (e.g. the scientific method), what questions have you thought through that lead you to accepting this as the preferable faith? In other words, have you questioned the assumptions that lead you to your beliefs, and if so, what questions did you ask?

I am a scientist (MS physics) by trade and a Christian by faith. I am trying to understand the supposed gap between science and religion. Again, thank you. The 10 points goes to the clearest, most thought-out response (IMO of course).

I've heard people that are against homosexuality speak out in the GLBT section stating that 10% is an inaccurate percentage, and it is more like 2 - 3% of the world population that is actually homosexual as stated in some recent study or something. How does anyone really know the accurate percentage? How many bisexuals out there are not counted, or are they excused? How many homosexuals that don't publicize their sexuality is not counted in this study? At any rate, all I know is there are 5 establishments in downtown Omaha that specifically cater to the GLBT community, and they do an outlandish amount of business, and have managed to stay in business for years. Someone could argue that there are a lot more places that cater to heterosexuals as well. That may be true, I never said we weren't a minority. However, 5 is a lot of businesses for only 2 -3% of the greater Omaha metro area, because a lot of people I know that are GLBT, don't frequent them.

Haven't been able to find anything about the source of the band's name except for that fictional MTV commercial depicting a young Billy Corgan getting tripped in class on show-and-tell day (thus dropping and smashing his prize pumpkin).

One of the questions posed by a boy on Answers clearly showed he was being abused by his foster parents. Is there someone I could get in touch with to help. I have thought about this all day and obviously being on the internet I have no idea where he is or how old. He seemed desperate.

From what I'm getting, women are connivingly being gitty about Britney Spears' fall from grace. Now people are beginning to feel that Kevin Federline has his head on straight in comparison to Britney Spears.

I never liked her music much. I always thought she was poppy and generic. She's a year older than I, so I grew up in high school being forced to listen to her through friends and watching MTV (something I no longer do since I am grown). But despite the fact that I think her music sucks, I feel sorry for her.

It seems that women that were jealous of Britney Spears are now enjoying Britney's current turmoil and watching her psychosis spiral out of control. She's going the Michael Jackson path of weirdo-ness.

If I'm flying or driving to Mexico or any of the countries below? I'm Canadian. I already have a passport. Which I used to go to Mexico 2 years ago by plane. But I keep hearing this stuff about visas and its really annoying me and I don't understand it. So can someone just tell me I don't need it or explain why me or someone else would need it if they have a passport???

I am a high school senior going to Spain in a few weeks for an exchange trip. I am definitely on the bigger side.. wearing a size 20.. but I am 5'10" also.. I'm just worried that I'll be totally embarassed because of my size, considering Spain isn't full of obese people like the usa is. I know, I know, I should just be myself and comfortable in my skin.. but in reality, will i be sticking out like a sore thumb? What will it be like?

I was born with a clubed foot and have had several reconstructive surgeries on it. Now I'm 40 now and I am in constant pain form arthritis, scar tissue , nerve damage, bone spurs etc. I still work a 40+ hour week (on my feet) and the severity of the pain makes me sick. I take meds for swelling and pain but any dosage that gives me relief makes me groggy. I have seen 4 Dr.s and none will operate on it (too much deterioration and damage). I have no skills for a sit-down job and can't afford to quit work.(who can?). My employer has no short term disability or "light duty" work that will keep me off of my feet. What are my options???
