how can i become a model for magazines?

You must have an agent. Find local modeling agents and visit them, they will tell you if they think that they can market you.

take some pictures, have them retouched, create a portfolio of these pics and start sending them to modeling agencies. once you get a manager, they'll start finding work for you.
note: unless you're very tall and very thin...don't hope to be in big-time magazines like vogue. (im not trying to be mean, its just true)
