would you take on the responsibility of saving the world/town/day or whatever. or would you keep it a secret and use it for your own personal good. now really think about this one........

if you took on the responsibility, there is just as much evil as there is good.

you would have to drop out of whatever your doing to save kids from a burning building. (or whatever your situation is)

you would have to keep your identity top secret in order to protect the ones you love.

on the bright side........

life could be easier if you had a day to day job that required your special talent

people could look up to you in a good way, therefore making you a rolemodel, which brings good feelings inside

(guys) - you always get the girl

so what is your choice? im gonna be honest and say no. i would like to help people, but im still in school and running out in the middle of class is pretty unacceptable

I have to make brownies for tomorrow but I just opened my fridge and realized the only butter I have left has salt in it. The recipe calls for 1/4 teaspoon of salt so should I just leave the salt out. Do you think the salted butter will put a strong salty flavor in the brownies??...I have never baked with it before, I just use it for toast!

If it's 7am, I wouldn't want to eat steak and potatoes and go to bed. On the other hand, I don't want to eat eggs and bacon and coffee and go to bed. What do you do? When is breakfast?

I am in Canada, NE of Maine. I am doing a TC to FAA commercial conversion. I plan to (hopefully) fly a 402 (air tractor). I need to find an aircraft somewhere in the NE area of the US that fufills these requirements and an FAA instuctor to sign my logbook. Any idea where I can find one?

Also, I am wondering, are a/c still considered complex in the US if they have a constant speed prop and flaps, but no retractable landing gear?

he had planned on coming to my house and he is, and he i THINK he usually stops in town and hangs around at our town's "hangout" for a bit. but tonight when he called he said "i'm heading into town then, if its alright with you, i'm going to stop in town for a little" it sort of confused me, i think he just doesn't want i guess to get "in trouble" with me but then there's that little thing in the back of my head that makes me think he could be cheating. i think i'm just over worrying. what do you think?

I was at the pool the other day and someone in the change room was covering herself with baby oil before going to the pool. Why would someone do this, and wouldnt that harm the other swimmers, wouldnt it wash off anyway in the clorine? This is the first time I ever saw anyone do this.

I am in school to be an Occupational Therapy Assistant. We have learned all of the movements the body makes (flexion, abduction, rotation, protraction, and so on.) Sadly, I now have to learn all of the muscles that make each of the movements.

I am terrible at memorizing. I look at my flashcards and all I see are a bunch of letters strung together that make no sense at all.

I have a test next friday and if I don't pass--I will fail out of the entire program. I have no idea how I will do it. It is just luck of the draw...I can draw questions out of a stack that are easy and I know them...or ones I have never heard of--so, I need to learn them all (for the upper portion of the body.)

Is there anyone who has any tips or any websites that may be helpful?

Thanks.

Stacie

There are two candidates who are radical right-wing Christians: Mitt Romney and Sam Brownback. They may be the GOP ticket.

If a candidate who promises to abolish the Constitution and replace is with the Holy Bible were to be elected by the majority, effectively ending democracy in the USA, what could the people who disagree with that turn of events do?
