I had a baby six months ago today and I can seen to lose my baby fat. I gained almost 50 pounds with this baby and I have not lose a pound yet. I have tried diets, excerising and even 2 types of diet pill. Can someone please HELP ME!!!! I need to lose at least 25 pounds by April 19 which is my 30th Birthday, can anyone help me????

Has anyone tried the Maple Syrup Diet and if so does it really work.

Pre being pregnant i became one hundred thirty five. The day my infant became born 185. the 1st 30 pounds, no project! interior of approximately 2 months. those final 20 pounds have been impossible. My infant is 10 months previous and that i nevertheless have 10 pounds to loose! I consume maximum appropriate, dont snack, chase him all around (as he's walking) AND excersize ordinary! I actually have a 4 6 and eight twelve months previous step young little ones to video exhibit. And it wont come off. yet i'm no longer too worried approximately it, i seem basically comparable to in the previous I have been given pregnant, my breasts are in hassle-free terms a sprint bigger. So I dont think of i will loose that weight..... hm

I had my son 27 years ago. I never lost my 65 pounds of baby fat. If you try the maple syrup diet, remember NO waffles and NO pancakes!

Maple syrup are you Krazy it is fattening no wonder you can't lose any weight You are eating foods that are high in sugar and you will not lose weight that way, i lost my weight fast try drinking lots of water and eat fruits and vegetables..

I think the syrup diet does not work becasue it is high in sugar

are you kidding me? there is a set time to lose it? shoot i am in my 40's and still havent lost it last pregnacy was in the 70's lol

Based on what I have seen on my wife, it never goes away, infact it gets worse.

It don't bother me. I love her in any way.

depends on how much work you put into your exersize and how much self control you have with your eating habits
