I'm for schools being run like corporations because of the serious lack of education that this country is recieving. Parents would have the option of which school to send their kids too and in turn provide competition between public schools to become better. If one school is becoming subpar they should be able to be taken over by a better school. This would create a need to provide a better education. And in a sense the parents would act as the shareholders. With this notion, the goal would not to make money but to provide students with education.

Here are some negative counterarguments I've heard:

Corruption, which happened with the No Child Left Behind Act. (Teachers passing students to meet requirements)

Leaving underprivileged children behind

Not providing adequate equipment

Corruption, while possible, is minimal. Equipment would be considered fixed assets, and leaving underpriveleged kids behind would be one standard of judging the schools performance.

Im mates with this guy and we hit it off really well we're always open with each other and stuff and we share ur stuffs with each other and stuff. I emailed him and in that email i gave him my number yesterday or the day before and he hasnt replied back. But i caught up with him 2day and he was like oh i got ur email.. and said sorry i didnt email u bak I suck at emailing ppl bak. An unfortunate flash drive nearby is showing this symptom:

Its a 512MB flash drive, but any PC its plugged into shows it as a "Floppy drive with 1.44MB".

I have no idea how this could be. I scanned it with my arsenal of AVG antivirus, AVG antispyware, Kaspersky online scan (after uninstalling the AVG duo) and Kaspersky antivirus. All have shown no threats on board. The flash drive works well only that it has room for only 1.44MB or as others have shown, 1.38MB. Can anyone diagnose my problem and offer a remedy that can restore this flash drive back to its 512MB capacity? Thanx a million.

The question is:

When cleaning a room, some poeple say that you should dust the furniture before you vacuum the carpet. Others insist that it is better to vaacuum the carpet before dusting the furniture.

(a) What order is more sensible?

I am writing an academic paper on whether the Bush administration is involved in groupthink for making their foreign policy decisions.
