My neighbour has recently starting dumping rubbish in my back garden. When I approached him about it he punched me squarely in the face. Obviously I was a bit shocked so I decided to get him back by posting spoons covered in marmite through his letterbox.

He has now started to release badgers into my house through a hole in the connecting loft, is this legal?

It depends where you live. There are ancients by-laws that permit the release of badgers onto the property of others (except by drawbridge) in certain parts of Dorset and East Anglia. You could attempt to lure the badgers back into your neighbours home by changing you choice of spoon contaminate from marmite to peanut butter, be sure to use smooth not crunchy though all you will run the risk of sending all his woodpeckers straight through that connecting loft into your house.

break in to his house retrieve all your spoons tie them to a piece of string get into your loft waft the marmite laiden spoons in the badgers directions and let the buggers chase you into his side of the loft.if in the mean time he calls the cops to say someones broke into his house and the cops hear the commotion in the loft investigate and discover you up there.drop the animals in it tell them you were badgered into it.and next time buy bovril its far nicer love!

No its not!! Squirrells and otters I believe are fine but not badgers!! Try throwing mashed potatos into his garden to get rid of them. Everyone knows badgers love mashed potatos!!

this dont sound too nice, fence in your yard and this will not happen.
neighbors should get along, not cause misery among each other.
rubbish may help your garden grow, punchin is assault, u need to get a peace bond on the neighbor and quit playin monkey games with him.
