Six European clubs cups every year. Three that are only for the current national league champions and national cup champions (like the Champions Cup & CWC used to be), and three that are for all other (top 3-10) clubs.(if the same team has won both then in England the winner of the 2nd cup competition, otherwise the 2nd place in the league)
In odd years: The 12 national leagues that have performed best in the last five years in one event - the next best 16 in another - and the rest in a third event (times two for the seperation of champions from other clubs).
In even years: 1-8 in A; 9-24 in B; the rest in C (while even years are 1-12; 13-28; the rest)
Every year: There is also to be a one-day 'clash of the leagues' event in which the top 4-10 clubs from each league square off (3 home & 3 away) against an evenly matched other league and all goals scored in all games are added up - odd years: 1v2; 3v4; 5v6; even years 2v3; 4v5; 6v7; 1v overseas teams or 1 v non-top 30 champion

Six European clubs cups every year.
A Champions Cup A, B & C & a UEFA Cup A, B & C
Three cups are only for current champions and cup winners), and three are for all other (top 3 in C - top 10 in A) clubs. (If the same team has won both then, in England the winner of the other cup competition, otherwise the 2nd place in the league go into the champions cup)
In odd years: The 12 national leagues that have performed best on average in the last five years go in one event - the next best 16 in another - and the rest in a third event (times two for the seperation of champions from other clubs).
In even years: 1-8 in A; 9-24 in B; the rest in C (while even years are 1-12; 13-28; the rest)
I see that this idea is only popular by me (my vote = no best answer) but could you at least comment on how it gives more teams a real CHANCE TO WIN SOMETHING please (& then I'll vote for you anyway)?
