April 15 but that's a Sunday this year so before midnight April 16. However, you can file for an extention (by midnight April 16) and then you'd have until October 15.
To file for an extention, you must pay your estimated taxes though. If you don't, when you do file next October, you're going to get hit with a penalty. Read the instructions on the extention.

the traditional submitting time cut back is April fifteenth. you will get an computerized extension using style 4868 that extends that to Oct fifteenth. (that's an extension of time to record, to no longer pay. The cost time cut back remains at April fifteenth.) in case you're due a refund it would desire to be claimed interior of three years of of the unique submitting time cut back, as prolonged the two via application or via regulation. that could make it April 15, 2013 if no 4868 replaced into filed or Oct 15, 2013 if a 4868 replaced into filed. protection rigidity workers deployed to a warfare zone get a six month extension from the date of their return, the two to record and to pay. The 6 month clock resets immediately in the event that they are deployed returned such quite a number of them if truth be told have an indefinite window for claiming any refunds or paying previous taxes without penalty. I basically did one for tax 365 days 2002 for a GI and his family individuals.

April 17th this year. If you file an extension, then it is automatically extended to August 17th. You can still file another extension to October 17th but, you need to show why you need the extension.
In any case, if you owe, you must pay by April 17th or you will be penalized.

Amy has it correct, but if you are going to efile, make sure your return is accepted by midnight on the 17th. If it is rejected you have a very short grace period in which to fix the errors.
