i am sick of holidays. makes everybody feel they have to do something on an ordinary day really.

it seems everybody is closed all the time (banks especially ) on these holidays, and there ALWAYS SOME HOLIDAY!

I do not have a myspace, but three times within the past year I have discovered fake ones of me where people use my pics and/or name. Myspace gives me problems when I ask to delete them since I dont have the password. What can be done about this? Do I have a lawsuit? and is it possible to track who's doing this?

My BIL is in the National Guard and told us that the troops in Iraq had asked Starbucks to send them some coffee and they refused to do it even after they offered to pay for it. Has anyone else heard of this...did it actually happen? I'd really like to know.

I'm currently going to school to become a court reporter & in my class there are 15 ppl. So last week my teacher comes into the classroom and comments on how this particular student is gone and how he does nothing all day and how he's gambling to pay his schooling, but his mom is forcing him to come to school and blah blah blah.

She's telling all his business (financial and personal) to at least ten other people and the person isn't there to defend themself. It bothers me because I don't know what they're saying about me even though I don't talk to anyone in there.

Has anyone been in a similar situation where a teacher is telling personal business of students to other students when it should be confidential. What did you do?

Kids these have sailor mouths. They are swearing, and cussing like there was no tommorow. THey have little respect for elders. They have been so desensatived by the media. The bad words don't even have it's negative cognotations anymore.

There's this girl in school I like, she's beautiful and she's in the top class while I'm somewhere in the centre. We've never chatted nor spoke to one another before, cause I'm quite shy when I'm around her. She hangs out with this three girls who are equally charming and always seem so wise and busy when they're together. I keep making eye contact with all three of them, not purposely but accidentally, and this makes me kind of insecure. Now whenever I'm walking along the same corridor as them, I always catch them making snide glimpses of me and looking the other way when I look in their direction. I wanted to give this girl something for Valentine's Day but I couldn't think of anything and ended up not giving anything. I really like this girl but I just don't think that I'm up to her standards, and I hope anyone of you can help me.
