Thais has the same eating time as the rest of us. Probably what may be different will be in the way they partake their food in the city or in the countryside.
I do find that most Thai ladies tend to forego breakfast, maybe this is how they stay slim, but they will have their other 2 meals.
The table setting is quite the same. Normal placing will be a plate, a fork, a spoon, a soup bowl, a soup spoon and a glass. Dishes are served with a serving spoon typically.
In most cases, there will be a minimum of 3 dishes, with a soup, a vegetable and a meat dish. And rice. Rice is a staple food and accompany every meal. There can be more depending on the occasion and the quests. And the number will just add up. At the end of the meal, dessert and/or fruit is served too.
Drinks served will depend on occasion too. Plain water, or gassy drink or tea or whiskey on more important time.
In the country, the people may dispense with their own fork and spoon and use their hand instead. One note is that the Thai do not eat from a fork. They will usually transfer the food from the fork to the spoon before eating it.
You do find that the Thais do snack in between ,eals too, with whatever catch their fancy. It can be bbq meat or seafood. Or a noodle. Or fruits too.
One thing about Thai food is that there is plenty of fresh spices used in the cooking. So in effect, Thai food is relatively healthy. A lot of grren vegetables accompany the dishes that are being served.

Thais will graze at any time of day, like many Asian countries they tend to eat a little but often things like fruit and cooked tapas'like titbits from food vendors on the street, these will include pork or fish balls, spring rolls, chicken legs and wings, specialised sausages and sweets also. These street food stalls are very popular not just with Thais but with expats and foreign visitors too. The food is freshly cooked and piping hot.
Thais will eat at the normal times breakfast, lunch, dinner and perhaps supper. The main ingredient of any meal is rice - usually white and refined. This is served from a large bowl and each person takes an individual portion of rice and places it on their plate or a side dish.
Unlike in the West all the food is placed on the table at the same time, courses are not known in Asian homes. Soup comes with other starters, the main meal and even sweets are all placed on the table and each one takes what he or she wants; some soup, fish and shell fish, meat that is usually chicken, duck, or pork, curries, and hot soups. They dip in as many times as required, it is a truly family meal experience.
Deserts are very different from the West and may be jelly, or a kind of sweetened blancmange made from coconut milk, coconut shreds are often scattered over the sweets and sugar is a favourite addition to most dishes either sweet or savoury.
Water is usually drunk at meal times.
The cutlery is simple because the meals ingredients are chopped small then only forks and spoons are used. The fork in the left hand and the spoon in the right, the fork is usually used to load the spoon with food. They do not normally use chopsticks.

Thais usually order various dishes when they eat in a group (such as a family). Meal timing is generally the same as their western counterparts. They usually use a fork and spoon instead of the traditional fork and knife. They use the fork to guide their food onto the spoon and then eat with the spoon. I love it! I think it makes perfect logical sense!!
There are various dishes they eat ,among the most common are fish, pork and chicken dishes. They tend to prefer spicy dishes so much so that they have a condiment call 'Prik nam plak' or a sauce made from Chilli, fish sauce, and garlic that they put on top of their dishes!
Well, good luck! I hope this helps.

We eat 3 times a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner just like in western culture. Breakfast is often skipped for many people.
Table setting: you have almost every food with rice. They don't serve appertizer or soup but everything is main dish and they should be shared. You have rice on our own dish only. Thai people have food with spoon on right hand and fork on left hand and don't use knife.
