Tell him you do not like him. Explain to him why you don't like him anymore, he's probably confused. If he still continues to bother you then be very blunt and it will take care of your problem.

just tell him to cool it between you two, like avoid contact with him, such as when he asks you a question, just ignore him and wait till he asks it again then you answer the question.
