I meet a lot of guys who tell me what a great person I am and that I just have to look and I will find someone. The odd thing is that these are guys that I have met online and that I have alot in common with. I am not a teenager, I'm 41 and been hearing this for many years. I know I'm not that great of a person but why if I am that great, why don't these guys want me rather than suggesting how I should meet other guys?

i already have a wireless router installed, but i need my new-built desktop have access to wireless network too...

so... wht kind of hardware i need to buy, is it something similar to a "wireless card" used to plug into a laptop?

i am considering buying a USB adapter.

Hi! In my Civics class we talked about the gov't taking away our land. We were given the example of the Kelo family a few years ago in Connecticut. The gov't wanted to take their land to improve the town. They said they were using their power of "eminent domain" which is a practice indirectly sanctioned by the US Constitution. My teacher wanted me to get the opinions of the public. I decided to use this site to post my question. I need your opinion on the following:



The US Supreme Court ruled last June that the city of New London DID have the right to take the property from the homeowners and redevelop the neighborhood. What long-term implications do you believe this will/could have on the United States? What is your personal opinion about this ruling?

2 little boys go to the store and buy a box of tampax. The man checking them out says " How old are you? " And the oldest boy said " im 8 and he is 5. " And the man says " Who are these for? Here's one for you-concentrate!

3 men go to a motel and pay ten dollars each for a room costing thirty dollars. Off they go to their room.

A little later the motel manager comes into work and tells the receptionist that sold the room that it should have only been twenty five dollars, and to take the extra five dollars to the men.

On her way to the room to re pay the money, the receptionist thinks 'well five cannot be easily divided by three', so she puts two dollars in her pocket and gives the men a dollar each back.

So are you listening? The men paid ten dollars each, then recieved a dollar each back, so they have each paid nine dollars for the room, 3x9=27, and the receptionist has two dollars in her pocket, 27+2=29.

So where did that other dollar go?

and she tries to parent me and yells are me when i do something wrong. Once i missed the bus and she yelled at me and i started crying. so i told my dad i was sick of her and he got mad. This is no good. I installed Norton AntiVirus 2007 on three computers. One of them is no longer in use as a new one has been purchased. When I install it on the new computer it says I have exceeded the number of comptuers i can install to. But I am not using on of them anymore so I am still within the 3 computer limit. How can I resolve this without buying a new key?

This time of year I often wonder what I would have done had I lived at the time of Christ. Would I have been a follower? Would I have thrown stones and spit? If I was a beleiver, would I have turned my back the day he carried his cross? Would I have forsake Him? Chances are, as most did, I would have too. This only makes me want to do better in life and to strive to live for Him and not aginist Him. Every Year my lenten sacrifice is to sacrifice. We owe Him so much.
