I bought mine from argos and I love it. You don't have to be creative about what you do either. You can just bounce. Imagine and small movements you can make with your feet (practice on the ground first) and then try them on the trampette,
You can also work your arms by having small weights and doing bicep curls etc while bouncing.
A word of warining though. Start off gently because it can make your calf muscles ache so start with say 5 minutes and increase by 5 minutes each time how much you do.
It is great fun.

On first seeing the trampette you wonder how on earth it can help you loseweight... but... once you start going you quickly begin to experienceaches in the muscles of your legs, buttocks and abdominal areas.
During the first week, if your general fitness levels are low you may findit difficult to use it, effectively, for longer than 20 mins. However, asusage increases so does your fitness levels.
I've been using it for 20 mins daily.
Its good fun, and hard to do without having a bit of a laugh.
Its portable, so you can use it in any room in the house.
It works really well if you play some good fast music really loud, orwatch your fav TV programmes whiilst doing it.
I would recommended it for anyone who hates exercise at the moment or whofinds exercise difficult due to leg or back injuries.

You can get them from any sports shop or argos. It's a shame you don't want to get one online because you'd get a much cheaper one from ebay. That way, when the novelty wears off (as it usually does with these things), you won't have wasted too much money.
Anything that increases your heart rate is a good cardio work out and the trampette is ideal to do things like jogging as they don't put strain on any joints

Argos, if you're in the UK. They are great, I have one, they really give you a good workout, its not about jumping high, but jumping and pressing your feet into it, if you know what i mean. Doing 15 minutes on it gives you a smashing workout!
