I do regular exercise of stomach including jogging etc,but not able to reduce the fat around my stomach.Does swimming will help me to reduce the fats.

Only the advertising business, owners of Banners and Hoardings are earning huge amount due to traffic signals and that lobby is working for making more and more traffic booths. Vehicle drivers please get united against Government. Demolishing frequest Bumps on road is also such big issue.

My 2 year old granddaughter is sick almost every day. She drinks on average 3 pints of full fat milk every day, eats very little and has projectile vomiting. She does have an allergy to Soya which is excluded from her diet but is still being sick. Could it be she is having too much milk?

Who is the best and the worst for food in the air, long or short haul.

For me the best are Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong and also Emirates in the middle east.
I have other favs also like Air France who are very good on there long haul flights, but the breakfast lets them down.
They serve good wine and lots of fresh bread rolls with a good tasty dinner.
