Who is the best and the worst for food in the air, long or short haul.

For me the best are Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong and also Emirates in the middle east.
I have other favs also like Air France who are very good on there long haul flights, but the breakfast lets them down.
They serve good wine and lots of fresh bread rolls with a good tasty dinner.

Other choices from out there

I find the food quality has less to do with the airline, and more to do with the departutre city. The food comes on board from local caterers, who might serve several airlines departing from the same city. I have found food departing from Tokyo is always quite good on all airlines I've taken.

Singapore and Thai are OK. If you want to try a low cost airline, then Qantas domestic is the pits. Absolutely the worst food I have found. Two finger sandwiches on a three hour plus flight? Then Virgin came along....guess what, they even give you a drink with your lunch now!

Sorry but in Eco class the food gets worse but the prices cheaper! Decent meals (not guaranteed even in Business/First) are rare these days. Singapore/Thai Airlines are leaders but even there you might be disapponted.

Sorry, but I only fly either Business or First Class. I hear the Economy Class food is rather dreadful, though.
