what should i do ?

i have a small spot on my knuckle in hurts and it sore and my leg hurts too but a scartch or something ? what cream should i put on it .

I always use Neosporin or Gold Bond Triple antibiotic cream. If it doesn't get better/go away in 7 days, see a dermatologist.

Try Rescue Remedy (Bach Flower Remedy or Essence), available in all health food stores or online. If still problem persists, go to doctor or ER.
