swimming will target every muscle group in the body,..it is the ultimate exercise.

and remember fat and muscle can not exist in the same plane, so when muscles are developed the fat burns away

Any good aerobic exercise will help, but spot-reducing of fat is a myth. You can however do crunches and other exercises to tone the muscles of the abdomen. A toned muscle takes up less space than a flabby one so you don't look so round.

Hello

I would keep up the exercise: jogging, swimming, crunches, push-ups, etc... These all burn lots of calories.

Next, I would take a look at what you eat (counting calories). If you burn more than you eat, you'll gradually see that stomach fat go away. It works. Good luck!

I can,,,,but no better than running....watch the diet a bit...burn that stored energy. That is all that fat is. Reduce your intake of calories...and you will burn the fat....
