Like most kids, my son wants to be an Astronaut, Doctor, Photographer, Singer and an Astro-Physicist (Kidding about this one).
The thing is, I really want to know what are my sons interests and capabilities so I can best improve his talents and expand his knowledge in the right direction of his interest, which now (apparently) is a bit diversified.

THANKS

I told a girl friend of many years that I like her a whole lot. I said I could not date, but I am considering asking her out in the future. She said she wanted to remain friends, ans she thought we really have a lot of fun together. She also wanted our friendship to grow to which I said my feelings might grow. At first, she was hesitant then we both started growing as friends. Our friendship grew until we were very close. Now, she knows so much about me that she wants to know the secret desires of my heart. We have the most intimate conversations between us. I have no such conversations with any other girls.

2. Generally, what are the steps required to upgrade to a 2-CPU system with Windows XP? Where can you find a step-by-step guide to completing this task?

Draw a dot on a piece of paper. Sit back and focus your eyes on that dot. Don't strain, blink naturally. With a little practice, you will
begin to see the energy field, the "spirit" that is in all things!

Thanks for the answers to my first question

I have narrowed the choice to Canon, Nikon and Sony. My problem is the choice between the lens systems.

I need to cover 18-300mm (28-450 in 35 mm terms) + a 100mm macro lens.
I need shake reduction, which excludes many lenses and all the generics for Canon and Nikon (i.e. Sigma and Tamron).
I want as few lenses as possible (pain to change and carry around + risk of dust)
And I want the best price/quality and the longest warranty. Simple really…

I summarise the various combinations, with the price from Jessops in ₤

- Nikon D80 + 18-200 + 100 macro (1900)
- Nikon D80 + 18-200 + 100 macro + 70-300 (2300)
- Canon 400D + 17-85 + 105 macro (1500)
- Canon 400D + 17-85 + 105 macro + 70-300 (2000)
- Sony Alpha + 18-70 + 75-300 + 100 macro (1280)

Sony looks a winner but I have seen no serious test of their lenses unlike for Nikon and Canon (e.g. www.photozone.de)

This is a big purchase for me. What am I missing?

Many thanks

He was a friend of the pilot who shot the British Soldier. He went into a rant about how the Brits 'can't shoot, communicate and move'...how our 'whole damn country had better get on board' with the USA and stop sucking our thumbs.
He even questioned our commitment in the second world war - the only country who stood against Hitler from start to finish!
Is that what Americans think?
They've only got us as their friends and this is what they say?

was it designed and patented by Mr Um brella, or was it a retorical question such as, Q.What do we call this thing that we have invented for keeping the sun and rain from our heads and shoulders? A. Ummmmm how a bout a brella! Also was it a Mr Pa R'sole, that got the patent for bigger Umbrella's hence the name... we need to know! Finally what other items can you think of that have nonesensical sounding names...i.e. sextant...nothing even remotely sexy about a measuring device that you can't even measure your old chap with, unless its miles long....
