I am married w/ a child on the way with my wife and I also have two children(6 and 5) from a previous relationship. The mother of my two children hates my wife, and over the years I have bent to her demands when it comes to visitation. I can only see my children if I stay at the mother's house-they cannot come to the house my wife and I share-simply because their mother doesn't want them there. On top of it, my wife and I live separately-not separated-because I took a job out of town. With my wife pregnant, and me not having resolved the situation w/ visitation of my first two-things are getting really bad. Any advice is welcome. My wife is wonderful to my children,they've never been hurt in here care-it's their mother(and my to some extent)selfishness. How can I have a "normal" family? All I want is for my children and my wife and our new child to be to be as close to a family as possible.

The show was on Wednesday evening and I was more asleep than awake. It must have been in the 9 or 10 o'clock Eastern time zone. I remember thinking to myself that it was interesting and I would have to watch it next week when I wasn't so dead tired. It had to do with some lawyer who was trying to collect some money so his partner contacted some shady character to intimidate the deadbeat clients. There was also some Asian chick who was describing in vivid detail her rather "adventurous" romanitc life. I remember thinking that it was all rather bizarre, but might be interesting if I could just stay awake.

My brothers & sisters and I want to send my parents to Yosemite for their 50th wedding anniversary. We dont want to send them there when its snowing, or too cold, and we dont want to send them there when there is a lot of traffic. Can anyone PLEASE recommend a good time to send my parents there? If you know what I'm talking about, then please answer, especially if you're Indian. But do not answer if you do not know about Indian law and culture. Are Indian women submissive to their husbands (leaving the final decisions to the man), but not obeying him in any illegal acts or acts that would hurt her physically. Do the women consider it alright to divorce a man for adultery, abuse (only physical), and desertion, & will Indian law & culture abide by the wishes of an American husband living in India? Can an American in India keep his Indian bride if he has treated her with kindness according to what I've said previously even if Indian law and culture are opposed to it? Is an American exempt from such restrictions?

Recently I got a warning that my computer is running out of memory and I should delete stuff from my C Drive to free up some memory. Anyway, I come across 2 folders, one called the Temp and the other called the Temporary File.

I was wondering if I can screw anything up in my computer if I delete everything in the "Temp" Folder? Since that folder has alot of memory that could be freed if I delete it.

Also, what is the difference between the "Temp" and "Temporary" folder?

Right after the election Democrats were calling Bush a "lame duck" president who wouldn't be able to get anything passed...but it seems that Dems are the ones having trouble passing legislation.

They can't get their anti-surge non-binding resolution through the Senate, they can't get any debate on Iraq, Pelosi can't get her 42 leather seat game room/shower/bedroom super plane, they can't pin anything on Bremer, no impeachment of Bush, no troops brought home, etc etc etc.

Looks like Democrats are REAL lame ducks. Agree?
