OWA access is web based so you need to copy and paste a picture from the web into your signature. Try your company website for a graphic you can just right-click and choose Copy, then paste into your signature.

Tools-->Options-->Mail Format-->Signatures

Choose "Edit"

Choose "Advanced Edit"

Now, you can paste in pictures till your blue in the face
