I was antisemtic and rude towards a clearly unstable jewish seller. I left him negative feedback as well. I am now worried he is going to come to my house and kill me. Should I feel scared?

We had the home prgnancy test done after two weeks of unprotected sex--the results were negative. We used ept/or first response I think. However, after 5 days she had period back then, but even now she is having her periods but they are flowing a lot and are in clot like she says this was happening the first time after having sex when she had her period and even now during her second month period. The sex was her first time, she was virgin
After having unprotected sex, my girlfriend during her period has a high flow, and they seem to be a thicker. Currently she is having back problems. We don't know if she is pregnant because she have had her period twice in the two months. However, they were off 10 days, and second month period was off 3 days but lasted only 5 days instead of 7.
Could she be pregnant?
If she is would a home pregnancy test prove this even if she is not on her periods now?
What can we do?
Can this also be a miscarriage?
Is there a way to stop pregnancy now?

Recently, my hot water heater went out in the apartment that I'm renting. Shortly after (2 hours) the contractor the landlord hired to replace the water heater, my apartment caught fire due to the contrators negligence. Unfortunatly, I did not have any renters insurance to cover any of my damages. Damages are small enough for small claims court, however, I'm not sure who I have to sue for damages Do I have the right to sue to the contractor directly, or do I sue the landlord?
