No I don't, but I thought the following relevant information might be helpful to you. It comes from the Q&A section of the link:

I want to use higher octane fuel than is sometimes available when I am traveling. How do I do this?

You can purchase any number of various types of octane boosting products and carry along 'spare' that you add as needed. This is not just a gas additive, it actually raises the octane of the fuel it is mixed with. How much of an octane boost you get depends on the product you select to use, how much gas there is, how much booster you use. Naturally, starting with the highest available octane and adding the octane boost product will yield the highest octane level. In a car, it's easy to carry a quart or half gallon can along. For motorcycles, you can buy the larger cans, and then put some into a small metal travel can, such as those available at parts shops and hobby stores (for storing RC airplane fuel).
