My friend is US Army and has recently been posted to Iraq. I have been given an address and my friend and I asked to write out to him, but I am not at all sure if our forces mail service will even recognise the address as obviously it is totally different to a BFPO with it being a US camp. In the UK we have blueys we can send to the British boys and I want to know if anyone will know if they can also be used to send to american camp. If not does anyoneknow if my letter will even get there through BFPO? I have e-mailed BFPO to ask them and have had no response.
I'd appreciate any knowledge anyone has on this.

80% first loan and a 20% second loan so theres no PMI, and u JUST made the income to debt ratio on the loan itself ( i have no credit debt or other loan debt and my credit score is above 750) and even though im not putting any money down ( i dont have any to put down) if i JUST made the debt to income ratio to be approved for the loan.....where do i get the money to pay the 10,000% closing cost, and escrow cost..... do sellers always pay all of it? what if the buyer doesnt want to pay any of it, or he only pays the (MINIMUM possible on his part.) it seems like alot of people can barely afford a house with no downpayment.....but even thought they are appoved based on the lenders debt to income ratio.....the taxes, home owners insurance, AND the closing cost.....now made it immposible to play. if i payed 10,000 for the closing cost, and the how ever 1,000's$ on taxes....then i dont make enuogh for the mortgage paymesnt that year...beciase the closing cost is soo high.

I am a married 27 guy,I have a very close cousin sister. We are best friends and she is 11 years younger to me at 16. We have been best of siblings. I call her everyday and we talk for a long time about everything. It is always me who calls her and I call her
without fail. I just cant stay away from her since i care abt her so much as a younger sister and child.Lately for the last 6 months, she has been different. She has taken me for granted. She does not show love and affection as she used to earlier. When i ask her
why she has been indifferent lately, she says " my family will always be there for me, i can take you for granted all the time, and right now my friends are more impt to me" i have been around for her always but lately she acts as if she doesnt care abt me at all.
I am wondering if i should stay away from her for a while? In life is it necessary to stay away from people you love,some times so that they realise what u mean to them? and hope she misses me and values me?

my cat is lovely, except for her scratching. she's destroyed one sofa, and is on the way to destroying a second, as well as the stairs, and a chair...

she has a scratching post, ignores it, even if i put catnip spray on it.
we've put towels over the offending areas, she moves them aside to scratch.
we stomp and shout if we hear her doing it.
shes even pushed my dad out the way, sat on his feet, and scratched the stairs.

my dad wants to throw out the second sofa and get a leather one, does anyone know if she'll destroy that too? the stairs aren't so bad as it's old carpet and will one day be replaced, but any tips?

i want to try citronella, but i'm worried it will stain.

the cat is approx 8 years old, she was a rescue we got when she was 5-6 years old. i do NOT believe in declawing, and she has the freedom to go outside when ever she wants. (shes shredded a fence post in the garden too...) i don't live with her, i live in the city, but i want to help my dad out!

I startd taking a prenatel vitamin, but have been getting sick lately. The bottle says to take with a meal but I find I sometimes can't keep my meals down, so is it a waste to take them then? I took one last night before I whent to bed instead, is this okay? Do I have to take with meal? Can I take before bed instead? How long does it take to get into my system?

a couple of weeks ago i was driving on a busy road, as i passed a stationed police car the police suddenly opened his door and smashed my door, after stopping, the policeman insisted that it was ME who crashed into his door, he said he has a camera in the police car and it recorded everything! i then showed him the mark on my car door which shows his door was smashed into my side door, i asked him to take a photo of the mark on my car, but he refused. He then drove off and the next day i received a fine of $500 and 4 points deduction, what should i do now?
