I live in a large apartment community serviced by MINOL for water and sewer. I am moving out at the end of this month. I tend to lose track of the MINOL bills, but I paid it in full today. I called to verify through the automated system, and it is stating a zero balance. I certainly never received a turnoff notice. Water seems to be working fine in the common areas of the apartment. It is freezing outside, and our property management recording does not give a maintenance emergency number. Water was running when I came home (I did a load of laundry and did some other random tasks). It seems unlikely that any kind of shutoff would occur at 9:30 at night. The only thing I can think of is that I extended my lease and my original lease was to end on 02/04. Is there any chance that they had me on some kind of automatic shutoff? I've never known the pipes to freeze around here, and, like I said, it is running in the common areas. It is too late to ask a neighbor.

Been looking for a car lately, something cheap to get me along, work and school. Spotted an 86 el camino for about $1200. I'm already a fan of this old school vehicle and figure I could fix it up along the way as well (paint, rims, etc.) Would this be a good purchase, not to mention no monthly payments?

I am 15 and have taken the most advanced history classes available to me.
I want to take a polysci class but my school, nor do surrounding schools offer one.
I am extremely conservative and a capitalist Republican.

My girlfriend's birthday is on Sunday. We're only in highschool and she's turning 16. What do you guys think is a good present? She's not into sports or anything like that. My family has a tea cup chihuahua. He is mabey 2.5lbs. Just a little bit ago my dad accidentally stepped on him. He doesnt know where,but he thinks it was one of his back legs. Now our puppy is walking normally, nothing is different, but he is walking with his tail between his legs. When I picked him up and was holding him he was making this kinda faint wimpering sound. Its really quiet, but I can defenitly hear it. I was just wondering if he needs to go to the vet or if he is going to be ok. Or if there is anything I can do for his discomfort. My mom just fed him and he ate fine, but he wasnt like his usually self when she is making the food. Usually he hops around her till she is done. This time he did get up but just stood there watching her then slowly walked to his cage to eat.

ok....my friend met a guy online and they started chattin pretty often. ultimately they started talkin over the phone and one fine day he proposed to her and she accepted coz she was absolutely head over wheels for him! but now after they have been together for about two months he has started avoidin her...he doesnt answer her calls and he dint score well in his exams and so told her that he broke his mobile's chip!! she has completely freaked out and is acting wierd! she cant stay without listening to his voice once everyday!! i could have killed that guy if i could! but im feeling helpless! she has stopped calling any of us up! she even said once that she may do something to herself!! im feeling damn helpless...and talking to her hasnt helped!! what do i do??!!

Hi there. I'm not very savvy with website designing and stuff like that. My brother made a website for an overseas market and since his website was just up two months ago it's not seeing much traffic right now. However, the designer charges $50.00 for website maintenace fee which I think its outrighteous for something that he doesn't work for! Also, is there any way we can promote the website? All we've done so far was to put it up on some search engines. (it's a online vitamin shop). Thanks in advance
