It's tough to say. What type things do you enjoy doing, what type weather do you like, how much to you want to spend, how far do you want to travel, do you want to fly, drive or take a cruise, etc.
In general some of he more popular places are going to be Hawaii, Las Vegas, Florida, sometimes California and also Alaska. The U.S. Virgin Islands are nice as well. New York is also pretty popular. A lot of people even honeymoon in Disney, I personally know several people that either married and went on their honeymoon in Disney, or that did one or the other.
Personally, I would go for Hawaii or Alaska, really spectacular places to visit and a little less ordinary than some of the other options. You may never get to take a special trip like this again, so you want to take advantage of it while you can.

Depends on what you're looking for...fun? romance? adventure? solitude? I spent the first part of my honeymoon in Las Vegas. Even though Vegas is a regular spot for me and my husband, we chose to go there because we love the thrill of gambling, shows, food, etc. For the second part, we cruised the Caribbean. If we weren't able to go on the cruise I would have liked to have gone to Niagara Falls and New York. I preferred to go somewhere where I can sight see, have fun, eat good food, and relax with the love of my life.
I hope that you enjoy your honeymoon.

Anywhere can be a great honeymoon spot, as long as you're with the one you love. I'd personally suggest the classic: Niagara Falls.
