I am a big fan of Gakuen Heaven and am trying to find its' wallpapers.
Can anyone help me, please?

There is a wealth of skilled anime wallpaper artists on the internet. So many, it can be very challenging finding something specific.

Those sites are probably the best anime wallpaper sites around. Sadly, they don't have the series you're looking for.
http://www.endlessrain.org - Has a very nice GH wallpaper.
If you still can't find one that you like, you could always search for a graphic artist willing to take a request (remember to ask really nicely). If you find the images from the series that you like, ask around and see if anyone would be willing to make your dream wallpaper.
And if no one will make take your request, you could always try to learn how to make one yourself. There are lots of anime wallpaper tutorials online. Good luck!
