500GB Western Digital 7200rpm SATA/300, 16MB Cache RAID 0 Stripe

or

150GB Western Digital Raptor 10,000rpm SATA, 16MB

Depends what you're using it for. If it's a drive specifically for gaming, go with the Raptor... superior drive speed-wise. If you just want space, get the other... though, there are better deals out there for similar drives from Samsung and Seagate. In any case, if you get the 500 drive, you'll probably want to partition it anyway so keep that in mind as well.

I would go with the 500GB. I don't think the speed difference will help all that much.

150gb is fastest and the 500gb is 350gb bigger.I would but the 500 lots more space.
