I started my period about a year and a half ago. I know that it can be irregular for the two years after you start, but for the past eight months it had been regular. However, since the end of November 2006, I haven't had it once (that's 73 days, if my counting is correct). I passed it off for stress because the first time I missed it, we had all of these projects due at the same time, and I was basically in hysterics. The second time was when I was studying constantly for exams, so again, I thought it was due to stress. I'm more relaxed now, though, and my next period (I've only missed two so far) would be due in about a week if it had stayed regular. Should I wait to see what happens, and then visit a doctor if it doesn't come, or should I visit a doctor now? (Note: I am not, nor have I ever been, sexually active, and I will be 16 in March).
