Have a 4x4 Gmc Sonoma truck -4300lbs. i want to get one of those hand wiches/come alongs(for portability) link: http://www.drpower.com/prdSell.aspx?Name=4TonComeAlong&p1Name=Garage&Chap=GarageTools. first, what do you think of them are they worth it? when i go off road and get stuck i need something to get me out if im the bigger 4x4. (no help from buddies). or to hook it to my vehicle for an anchor to help someone else out of a jam? do do these things hold up? second is the pulling capacity of tow ropes, straps or chains really a factor? some say 4k lb limit, 8 limit lb, 10k+lb limit. even the tow chains have like a 8k lb limit. its a metal chain! it should tow or pull a *#$% load right!? maybe the tow ropes would have a small tow capacity, but not so much the tow straps, and definitely not the chains? im not new to off roading, but am to towing and capacity. looking to bring the above winch/come along and like 50ft of towing meterial with me, and want to get the right stuff. help.

I'm supposed to be on a very low fat diet per my doctor. I need ideas especially for veggies (cooked, I don't like raw). For lunch I have found some low fat meat (low fat hot dogs, chicken breast, etc.) I love cheese, are there any no fat or very low fat? I would like to put cheese on cooked veggies, or would like ideas for flavoring the veggies. Mostly I need ideas for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is kind of hard since I cook for my hubby & I and he is not on a restricted diet.

Or something like that and I can faintly hear it wiggliling too. Just my right ear, I dont know if I am going slightly deaf in that ear or what. I can still hear with the ear but It happens quite often. I dont know why. Its really annoying. should I go to the doctor and get this checked out. its been happening for at least a couple months maybe longer (cant remember). Does this ever happen to anyone?

OK so I have been married for 11yrs. I for the most part thought things were going welluntil about 3 weeks ago. My husband just basically woke up and said that he was unhappy and that he doesnt feel loved. I am not sure what happened I do know he and a close friend of mine have been talking alot her husband is in Irak. They both swear they are only friends and I think I believe them but it is all to weird. He says he can talk to her and she just listens and doesnt give any advice or an opinion. OK I get that we all need someone to talk to right. I dont know if I am over reacting or under reacting here. It is not like they talk on the phone it is in person at her house sometimes he takes our kids over there to play with her kids we have 5 all together between the two families. Things are going down hill fast and I am not sure if it is because of me or us or maybe her. How to really truely know and when is enough enough.
