It is hard to say who is the only one most powerful men. I know the comic creators are the most powerful men. They can create someone like superman, or doomsday or X-men, or any supernatural beings. But they can easily terminate them in the next episode.
So, the most powerful men are the story writers and the creators of the comics book.

The man who is free in all sense would be considered as powerful. That man wont be anxious for his and other's power, because he thinks he is the happiest man on the planet. If he is happy then why he will care who is the powerful. If you think you are happiest person then its you, but as you raised the question, I think its not you. There is no single most "powerful" man in the world. You would have to be more specific about what you mean by "power." You could use "influential" or "most loving," but "powerful" is vague.

Those who have the understanding capacities and compramising skills, those who can make others work through love and achieve through patience are the most powerful men in the world.
Eg.Mahatma Gandhiji, Nelson Mandela.

Personally the most powerful man I probably met was my coach for my freshman year in high school Coach Paul Devine he was once the world's strongest man in American back in the days now that he retired is weird because he used to knock some sense into us young ones but now that he's gone there's absolutely no one in the school that cared as much as he did.= {

Those who are confidently vulnerable. . . Those who are solid within themselves while very much opening to hear others. To name any specific men's names. . . I choose not to do that as 'power' is not important to me . . . strength of character and heart is what I see in a man of ' power ' to be.
