Both RNA and DNA have the same elements in them:
Hydrogen, Carbon, Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Phosphorus.
DNA:
Adenine, Thymine, Guanine, Cytosine
The Adenine and Thymine bond together, as do the Guanine and Cytosine, which forms the familiar double helix shape. The A-T bond is 2 hydrogen bonds, while the G-C bond is 3. This means that a strand of DNA with a higher percentage of G-C will have be more stable, and also have a higher melting point.
RNA:
Adenine, Uracil, Guanine, Cytosine
Similar to DNA, but Uracil replaces the Thymine, and the ribose sugar has one more oxygen.

By the bases, I guess you mean Adenine, Guanine, Thymine, and Cytosine in the case of DNA and Uracil instead of Thymine for RNA. As for the elements that make them up, all of the bases are pretty much simple single pyrimidine or double purine rings made of carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, and oxygen. The base is then connected to a "backbone" of a sugar- deoxyribose for DNA, ribose for RNA, which is just carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen. The backbone segments are linked by phosphodiester bonds- just phosphorous and oxygen. And that's all the elements involved in DNA and RNA!

DNA - Adenine, Cytosine, Guanine & Thymine. RNA - replace Thymine with Uracil. Many books on Astrobiology and Evolution (try the WebFerret search engine, or Wikipedia & Google websites).

Google it... they aren't elements but rather compounds that make up the double helix.
