They can be for some people. Triggers vary from person to person. If you think soy products are triggering migraines, stop using them for a couple of weeks, then add back one product at a time. It's also possible that it's just some soy products, but not all.

Soy can cause certain people problems, though I've only seen it in conjunction with thyroid problems.

And thyroid problems are very complicated in their symptoms.

If you think it could be for you, cut them out of your diet for a while and see if they subside.
