I would like to become a doctor, but I do not have the necessary maths and science subjects at standard grade OR higher level. Can I do them at college? Or some sort of equivelant? Or do most medical schools require you to have completed them at high school?

A caregiver for the community cats in my neighborhood just informed me that a couple of the community cats had been killed and eaten by stray dogs who happened to wander around in our neighborhood. Does anyone know if stray dogs will actually kill and eat cats when they are hungry?

Fallen bridge
A blond and her blond boyfriend went for a walk along the river. The blond walked across alone on a wooden bridge. While on the other side of the river, the bridge fell down. She called across to her blond boyfriend telling him that she couldn't get back. He yelled in response, "Wait until dark, and I will shine my flash light across the river. Get on the light beam and walk back." She replied, "No, I'll get half way across the river, and you will turn the light off."

Three blondes are attempting to change a light bulb. One of them decides to call 911:
Blonde: We need help. We're three blondes changing a light bulb.
Operator: Hmmmmm. You put in a fresh bulb?
Blonde: Yes.
Operator: The power in the house in on?
Blonde: Of course.
Operator: And the switch is on?
Blonde: Yes, yes.
Operator: And the bulb still won't light up?
Blonde: No, it's working fine.
Operator: Then what's the problem?
Blonde: We got dizzy spinning the ladder around, and all fall off.

i turned 26 today. and yes, i know what you're going to say, 'happy birthday'. however, the day has not gone well for me so far. up until this point, i got an email from one of my mates at uni during the week telling me that our dinner plans which coincide to celebrate my birthday have been cancelled and re- arranged for next saturday. now, i tried calling my other friends to find out from them whether they were free on saturday because i made plans with them as well. instead, there was no reply from them and i left a message on their answering machines. i doubt they'd ring back. so far, i feel dissapointed because i was looking forward to this occassion. but instead, i am in a way disheartened that things haven't gone to plan. am i right to feel this way? serious answers only please

I have been divorced for the past 6 years. We have 2 children from this married. I am now in a relationship of 5 1/5 years, with one child, we have just brought last October. My ex-husband is in a relationship for the past 7months. The ex-husband and I had a so so relationship regarding the children. Since my ex-husband has been seeing this new woman, there have been major problems. We have shared care with the children. He is trying to make me payment child support to him. I am a stay at home mum. Since he has been seeing this new woman. I have been getting annoying private calls at home and on my mobile. I caught them out once when I got a call, heard my son calling his sister, He is claiming that I maliciously damaged his car by keying it, at my daughter doctors appointment (she has epilepsy). dealt with the courts now.He is now harassing me at school when I am picking up the children. I have had enough, I'm now filing for an AVO on him. What else can I do. Please Help

I started taking loestrin 24 on the first day of my period. (it was the first bc I have ever been on) My dr and loestrin's websight both said that if I take it within the first 24 hrs of the first day of my cycle then I am protected. Does anyone know if this is true or not?
