Why not hold a jumble sale I am sure you will have things you could sell toys games etc .Start doing odd jobs round the home for extra cash . £600 is a lot of money to raise in only a couple of weeks.
Maybe get people to sponsor you and give half to charity and keep half for your event (obviously you have to let people know you intend to do this with the money raised).
What kind of event are you having ?
Best of Luck I have a 11 year old daughter and these are the things I would suggest to her .

No lol. Why do you want your 11 yr old to raise 600 quid? You should help the kid out. That's too much pressure on a kid of his age.
