If it's chicken eggs??? Eggs Benedict. I cook them at least once a week with a few variations - smoked salmon, spinach, rocket, mild cheese - I chop-and-change, depending on what ingredients I have and what mood I'm in.
Other eggs??? Definitely unfertilised. Nothing breeds around here unless I say so ;o) lol!!

My favorite is eggs benedict, but too much trouble for hom. At home, generaly scrambled in an omlet.

Eggs alone - over easy. Cooked white, runny yellow.

I love poached eggs on toast with fresh, sliced tomatoes, salted and on occasion some home fries on the side w/mayonnaise.
My second choice would be scrambled eggs on toast, sliced tomatoes and home fries on the side w/mayo....any breakfast meat would be optional

Over easy with wheat toast lightly buttered. Maybe some sausage on the side. Any time it is cooked by someone else is even better.

Why, in the words of that delightful, old-fashioned duet, I LIKE MINE WITH A KISS! Your answerers are all too young, I fear!

My sincere apologies to John Paul M (no. 17) who beat me to it. Sorry - I didn't see your answer before I replied. To compensate, I've given you a thumbs up.

I'm desperately trying to remeber who sang the song. Sounds like Dean Martin but I can't be positive. Certainly circa late 1950's. Hope someone can come up with that info!

Poached, ideally..

Fried, it has to be slowly in butter (british butter, not US sweet stuff).. then you spoon the butter over the top gently to cook the yolk..

Has to be a soft yolk.. and never turned..
